The expansion / DLC has been delayed for a while (Around two weeks.) due to a request from Sony whatever that might entail.
(No details about what's changed or altered, will probably be found rather fast though unless they announce it themselves by comparing against the X360 version.)

Indeed, that's the new date, previously it was 30th March or atleast that's the date most sites listed as the release date.
(Unsure if there was a proper official date set.)

As far as I know there's the stand-alone retail edition and the DLC "LIVE" edition, perhaps both are stand-alone from the main game, unsure but we'll probably know soon.

My love story in the form of an R&B love song... cheesy but what the heck, trying to venture out into something other than the usual action flick or modded vehicle stuff. :)

    Most likely both stand-alone.

Rockstar said it's gonna be the last DLC for GTA4, from now on they'll concentrate on the next title. Which means the end of constant patches. Which means modding is really taking off now.

We'll see mods combining GTA4 original content and the new content, can't wait for that. The new motorbikes in TLaD are awesome. :)

So anyone else excited for GTA 4 DLC in two weeks? I can't wait for more story in this game. Nvidia also claimed proper SLI support in the DLC. It's better be damn true or Nvidia are going to loose Golden points of fanboy I SWEAR.

The DLC is in fact a standalone product, you don't need GTA4 to run it. So another gift should do it. Mr.White must be a gifted person haha. :)

They install as a sort of separate game from what I've read, I guess both episodes are merged as a single "game" using the most up to date RAGE engine PC build as well so it might run and look even better. :)
(While not as large as GTA IV both episodes do apparently feature a lot of content and deliver a better story than the original, supposedly similar to Vice City though that might mainly be related to "Gay" Tony.
