Cats name

ok guys, me and the Mrs are thinking of getting a kitten. its a ginger girl, but we are split with what to call her. i wont say who thought of what name to keep the result impartial. Its between Pat and Tabitha. Let me know your thoughts

 

Pat because it's easier to say and it's shorter.

 

Can i suggest Gurglefluff? Just because it sounds awesome. If not, then Pat, because it is the danish slang word for "tit" or "boob"

Actually one of my friends had a similar "poll" on facebook some time ago, we all agreed that "Optimus Prime" would be a fitting name for his new cat :nerd:

 

Lol I named my cat Dogmeat but Optimus Prime is awesome

On topic I went for Tabitha I like that name not as boring as Pat

 

My cat's name is Dood. I voted for Tabitha.

 

I always liked the name 'Mittens' for a cat! I voted for Pat.

 

Call her Dave. I didn't vote as Dave isn't one of the options.

 

Both are bad choices, name her Xenu... or better yet, Xena. Lucy Lawless :banana:

I went with Pat in the poll, but surely there are more awesome'er names than that... that Optimus Prime is a good example...

but you could just call it CAT, lol just as simple.

 

pat is a pretty terrible name

tabitha is ok

length doesnt really matter as well, its not as if it strains you to say a couple extra sylables

 

My cats name is Shadow (and the other one is Rudy) but I generally call them both "cat" or "kitty", haha.

 

Good ol' Pat. Sounds better than Tabitha imo.

 

mmmm sorry I'm not a fan of either choice. If I had to choose it would be tabitha.. also works if she's a tabby right?

Otherwise, I would say starla or panda are cute names..
You should try to have some fun with it.. I mean my last cat's name was George Michael!

Make your mind up soon though, we got 2 cats @ 1 time and we could only agreed on 1 name at the time and now the other cat has been called "spare cat" for the last 2 years.

Another way if it helps is to write all your choices on wee bits of paper and throw them on the ground and name the cat after the first one it plays with first, I've had way to many cats to be original now.
