I doubt that. CPU usage hovers around 30% in that benchamrk, it's almost completely GPU bound.

Mine was also crashing with this driver in BC2 , restarted and deleted the BETA BC2 file in my documents and steam folder. Don't know if that can be a solution for you.
What i noticed is that it's a CPU intens game , sometimes it hits 60% in the online game , so what i did was add a little voltage for my IOH and never crashed again. ( CPU is oc'ed to 4107MHz now the IOH voltage is 1.25V before it was 1.15V , didn't have to change the VCore voltage this is still 1.38V)
If this is the solution , i don't know but it works for me.

Gotta say the 196.86 are solid for me.

You got these "BSOD" with the 188.25's didn't you?

I found these drivers to be very stable, sounds like something else may be going on, non driver related?

this is using nHancer only? Tested nvcpl "force render 1" and "2", 20fps "1" and 60fps "2"...Single GTX260 (Non SLI) is best so far. (Dead Air / Greenhouse)

Even if the fix is via nhancer, this would be driver issue, that I want fixed.

Really no problem playing with ONE GTX260, fps is sky high and smooth...but I want full value for my two cards - good driver for SLI in all games :D

I cannot play Blu-rays with these in the lastest PowerDVD 9. All I get is audio with a black screen.

If you have used 2 seconds on EA's site you would know that answer ;)

This is the best driver for BFBC2 atm!

I try this driver now for bc2, because the 196.21 also give random ctds....

All i can say atm is that i have weird pauses/stutters while vantage benchmarking.

Lets see how my games run....

    Performance seems good in bc2...

I still dont like these vantage stutters and like every non 18x.xx FW> FO3 stutter.

I found out leave the setting sound=medium in bc2 dont set to high if u are on win7 make the game more stable. Also dont change speakercount, leave as game has detected it.
