Well im against capital punishment even for people like this. Death is the easy way out, sadly the prison system is a joke. I would overhaul that and make sure that the tax payer doesn't need to pay a penny in regards to serious criminals like this. Hard labor 7 days a week with only the basics given(to keep him alive) i know given the choice between death sentence and that i would pick the death sentence every time.

WOW this is bad- quite sad that he was able to get away with this much- reminds me a bit of the Harold Shipman case back in the UK a while back though that was a bit worse. Still its hard to belive that things like this can go on for so long without anyone noticing...
