I got somewhere around 24k-ish with 3 gold stars with a pistol, knife, and xm8 compact

 

so thats 9k without the gold stars, if they give 5k each? read some pages earlier that they are 5k, not sure though.

 

Well when we talk score we are talking about the one you get in the scoreboard wich everyone can see..not the ones including awards

Counting awards and stuff I pulled over 30k in one round beeing lucky getting gold medals in both pistol, xm8 and granades

My highest actual score with the medic is 6200ish, 4700ish on assault, 4000ish with engineer and I have not once played recon

Medic is by far the most easy class to farm points on, assault spamming 40 mm is the easiest one to get kills with and engineer is by far the most versatile one. This is playing on foot not in a vehicle, not my cup a tea

 

Ah i see I've made it a habit Not to look at the scoreboard too much. So far i like the engineer the best, but medic is also great fun, with all the running around, dodging bullets and healing/ressing people.
I started out playing recon, because that's what i usually do, and i couldn't really get used to the fps controls, they just don't feel smooth to me.
After I've gotten used to them its much more fun playing medic and engineer. I don't really like assault, no idea why, just don't feel right with all the lobbing granades here and lobbing granades there all the time uke2:

There are 6 MP maps missing

But we got new weapons and vehicles (probably for the SP)

 

I think the real question is are those in game shots because well... those look better than any in game shots I've seen/experienced thus far

Those shots are the loading screens of each map/mission (They are supposed to look better than ingame )

Gone gold, guess we can expect a patch for any remaining issues discovered via this ongoing beta test then, hopefully the final code is a bit improved as they said it'll be but there's probably a few things discovered during this test that would need to be addressed.
(Being able to stand on UAV's for example plus general bugs, glitches, optimizations, balance issues and so on and on, there's a pretty large list of confirmed bugs on CombatTesting already, all issues I've found so far - not much by the way - had already been posted, hah.)

 

the game IS DAMN ADDICTIVE !!! , at first i thought it would suck but it didn't the game runs a perfect 30 fps with my rig on xp with HBAO on everything at high at 1680 =D the game is tooo god damn awesome

 

They need to put out a multiplayer demo with the final code, I'm sure allot of beta testers have been put off.

Depending on the os, mine is in the user\documents\bfbc2beta folder, set mine from auto to 10 and have fraps running on my g15, says dx10.
