I really hope they fix a lot. Crysis Warhead has AA issues, big drops when using binoculars. Motion blur lock ups, bullet impacts gives me performance drops.

No good 1920x1080 support in Crysis Warhead in DX9 mode. It looks like 800x600 when full screen is on. Also the screen is flickering. When I play in window no problems with that resolution. In Crysis also issues in DX10 Very High, random locks.

I want a NFS Shift driver, that maybe can fix some stuff. A WHQL Dirt 2 driver. The hotfix gives me a BSOD. Etc etc etc etc.

In COD MW2 in the Museum level, when textures is set to highest also stuttering. It looks like, he must load something. In GTA 4 the shadows. I know ATi is currently working on this. Hope they release it. :)

Utterly disappointed with ATIs horrible drivers so far so yeah, I'm hoping for a goddamn awesome driver.

That's the reason I left ATI. I had 3870's in crossfire with no problems for few months, then all of a sudden got problems installing any newer set of drivers. A reformat was nessasary to fix it but didn't want to bother with that. The 5000 series are great cards just wish the driver's were just as good :/

Gray screen crashes have been common with some running the 5000 series. It was an issue for me as well but I found if I disable the ATI HDMI Audio driver the issue went away. This helped a few others but some are still having this problem. It's annoying.

    1. Powerplaybug. Still not fixed, and still terribly ****ing annoying to get flickering on my second screen (HDTV) when my card is overclocked. Powerplay all in all is a pretty terrible feature, that I would like to disable, but that's not possible unless I change the bios manually.

    2. Random crashes in Left 4 Dead 2.

    3. DXVA playback sometimes crashes the driver. Screens go black, and it takes well over a minute before it resets and it's back to normal.

    4. Issues with vsync in random games, where the FPS gets locked to 30FPS instead of 60. Didn't have this with my 8800GT in the same games.

    5. Features in CCC is just a joke compared to nVidias controlpanel. Having to use Atitool to force vsync works half the time, and thats a third party program.

Performance and imagequality is good however, but the amount of issues ATI has in random games is just laughable (The Saboteur, NFS SHIFT, Red Faction Guerrilla are recent examples). ATI needs to spend some cash on developer relations, because this just isn't cutting it. SHIFT recently got fixed, but that never needed to happen if ATI just cared about developer relations. RFG is still not fixed, but that's because of Microsofts ridiculous approval process delaying the patch. The Saboteur is awaiting a fix, or it's been released, don't remember.
