Ok. I received my Windows 7 today and installed it.
Before install I tried to read all threads about 7 and try to be prepared for different problems.
I use my LCD HDTV "SONY" as a computer monitor. After install I went to display settings and set my rate at 60Hz. Restarted and checked. I stayed at 60. I install 195.62 driver went to NVIDIA CP and it shows 60Hz rate.
I am not sure why maybe because I use TV as a monitor but looks like I do not have this 59Hz problem. Or maybe it is just Lucky me. I did not do any special adjusments.

    Re

That's the right answer 59.9 Hz is for vieuwing HD movies.
on 60 Hz , from nearby the TV you could see a moving soccerbal a little stutter, or a tiny stipe.

When on 59.9 it synchronize perfect look close to your TV set.

But the solution is very nearby when whe gonna use 300 Hz tecnologie.
That gonna be the new standard , whe have to wait for 300 Hz Cards.

i tried the fix last night and found out that you don't have to set the timing to 60.001. as long as you set the timing to manual, and leave it 60.000, the cp will show 60hz.
