Well, just had my first spat with Overclockers UK...

I RMA'd a power supply that had a faulty fan, they mailed me saying I'd get a replacement and after a week when it finally came....

...It was the same PSU. I know because I always mark things before sending them, so I know if my "replacement" IS a replacement and not a repair job.

 

Urgh that's awful.

I've just had to RMA a Corsair H50 for a faulty pump, luckily they can't send me back the same unit, but incase they did i pent one of the slats in the radiator and left out the instructions just incase so i can tell if they do the same as what they did with you.

What did you do once you found it was your original PSU?

 

If you return somat to anyone, always mark it so you have them over a barrel if they row with you.

I have done this and it is a NEVER lose situation, because they are always scared to be exposed/.

 

It's at their discretion to either repair or replace. They're not obliged to send you a new one.

 

Overclcokers UK is NOTHING try leaving OCAU behind in a heartbeat!!

 

in the first week they are. but you have to get the first order refunded first.
