Working perfectly here. I would suggest you to download all the updates that come out for Windows and other products. They always made life better for me.

Not only does it work good, but it had a very nice sideeffect for me and i know for a lot of other people.

It freed up a lot of space on the HD. I have a partition of 50gb where only Vista x64 is installed on. All other programs are installed on an other partition (some progs still install a bit on the partition where vista is on though). After the installation i went from 24Gb free to a very nice 33Gb free HD space.

Some people report even more free HD space. So yeah go ahead :)

I just bought Vista Premium OEM (64bit) for my Asus notebook (M51sn-c1)...pissed off that they only give a 32bit reinstall disk - so lame. Anyway; went out and bought 2X2 gigs of crucial DDR-2 6400 (was 3gigs of 5300; 333 vs. 400) for $70 (CAD) and after all the updates, MS offered the SP2 download. It's on my machine now and everything's working perfectly. Even the fingerprint reader works with the 64 bit! :)
BTW: all of the utilities (on disk), that worked with the 32 bit, work just as well on the 64 bit. This machine is so fast that I have no plans to move to Windows 7. I've given MS enough of my coin.

It contains all of the current updates that you don't have on your computer. The size depends on how many updates you still need.
