It didn't work for me in fullscreen regardless of anti-aliasing but I didn't do anymore testing, I went straight to 186.xx beta after that, fine now.
    :D

For a laugh I put a lot of the settings on low and ran it... lol knocking on 300fps... Super Speed Fighter IV! :)

Some other sites have it now too :

Try one of the following AA : C8x, C16x or C16xQ
    I hear they work in Vista with 185.xx driver, it's just the 2x, 4x & 8x that doesn't.

Various file mirrors, should help with download speed compared to the Japanese file sites. :)

    EDIT: Test results.

First image is with everything enabled/Max but also 4xAA plus Adaptive AA and Edge Detect which firstly enables transparency AA (or what to call it) and matches roughly 12x AA samples, second image is the same but no AA, CCC settings are also pushed as high as possible albiet AA isn't forced but AF is forced 16x samples and ATI Catalyst AI is set to standard.
(Advanced might improve things a bit such as Crossfire speeds but also enables more optimizations which might degrade image quality slightly.)

Bit of a overkill and the game runs extremely fast at those speeds so it's not really playable.
(Vsync to force 60 FPS or setting framerate to a fixed value instead of dynamic will solve this though, 100+ FPS isn't really needed, especially not for a fighting game.)

vsync is the bottleneck here. if you disable it, you will see the fastest streetfighter ever LOL
disabled gave me 99% to both cores :)

Bit useless until the actual game is out but Texmod can be used just fine for texture manipulation until a unpacker or similar is created. :p

If someone want to download it fast I recommend gameupdates.org (torrent).

    Everything maxed and with 16xAF.

    Without GPU OC:

    OC'd GPU (not worth it):

Runs brilliantly here on win7 32bit RC.

At 1280x1024@76hz with 4x Anisotropic vsync off I get 11000+ points. Demo plays very fast, nice for SF Alpha 3 Turbo 7 fans!

Looks like an excellent port for a change. Hopefully sells better than Devil May Cry 4 (also excellent port).

Can't wait to try online multiplayer!

    Well done Capcom!

Bring on Resident Evil 5 and Lost Planet 2!

That's without AA. Still looks pretty sweet on my rig, but I should probably be getting something like a 250 to replace the 8600....

This is insanely well optimised! Can't be bothered to take screen grabs, but on my relatively modest specs I'm getting 70-80fps most of the time with C16x AA and 16x AF. Amazing.

There are quite a few games being well optimised for PC now - who said PC gaming is dead?
