I was wondering when a games developer would create a game where the lead character was a Mutant Hoodie.
There is not gonna be any demo, and it will be out on june 9. It looks good and it worth to give it a try.
Yup just a couple more days for its release. Got this thing pre-ordered. I definitely cannot wait! :banana:
Actually I just checked the Steam store and it's down from 59 to 49 Euro which over here in Sweden equals a price of about 530 or so SEK compared to a retail price of 470 SEK, US price of 49 dollars would be 370 or so SEK so the extra price is understandable as games are more expensive over here, still it's a bit above retail price. (Games are expensive though but PC titles aren't that expensive compared to console titles, at least here.)
Got mine preordered, should be here on Wednesday. I'll let you know how it plays. After the cataclysmic disaster ArmA2 was I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a bug free release.
Infamous is supposed to be an awsome game what make it s "knockoff" exactly? Reading the reviews Infamous is the best hero sandbox game ever done right. Not to say prototype might not be good but since noone has actaully played protoype or read a review yet, who know if it is good at all. But every game after grand theft auto and ultimate spiderman that throws you in a city gives you some abilities and lets you run around doing whatever is a knock off technically i guess.

Which came out first :S that must mean prototype is a knock-off then based on that?? Infamous is brillaint. Prototype looks ok but im waiting for reviews before i pass judgement.
^ Yeah, that's what I thought! I stopped at Best Buy, Target, and Ebgames. The guy at ebgames said it wasn't out till tomorrow. All the websites I checked said it was released on the 9th. Got home today, now they say the 10th. What gives? An hour of my time wasted.
Just picked this up on my way home from work for PC... will post some screens. I live in Canada (near Toronto) and my local EB Games had it stocked.

AA has 2 and 4, but even with it off the FPS is the exact same. Going to try messing with some nhancer settings.
Played it for a few hours, pretty fun... the extra missions like the time trials are just a snore fest to me... the gameplay itself is quite fun and there are some good upgrades. My FPS never goes below 20... but stays from 20-40 max ... changing vsync or AA does not affect the FPS at all. Looks like a case of another CPU bound engine perhaps like GTA 4.
