Memorable game music

For example, I was just browsing YouTube for Silent Hill when I came across the theme of Silent Hill 1, I then remembered SH4 theme that I liked also. I then started to browse other game themes.

Anyone else have memorable game music?

Final fantasy 7 was great music.

Without a doubt! For those unfamiliar, he is the gentleman behind what I would consider to be the most memorable piece of game music ever, Red Alerts' Hell March!

 

Nothing comes close to the works of Kondo Koji and Nobuo Uematsu.

The original Final Fantasy for NES. I haven't played that game in 15 years and I still get the songs stuck in my head sometimes.

 

I am a big fan of the soundtrack/in game music for Age of Conan.

 

Drakhen: order of the flame. great medival/fantasy type sound track, just wish i could extract it somehow.
Bejweled 2 deluxe. very relaxing, space kinda music like X3, which i also liked.
Flashback theme (sega cd version) ominous sound to it.
Shadow of the beast (Amiga version)...unsure how to describe that music.

Ninja gaiden 2...can still recall any track in my head like an mp3 player

i'd like to hear that. i even liked the old conan movie soundtrack but not into MMO's or monthly fees so i'm SOL.

 

Another from the mighty reign of the NES, Wily's Castle Courtyard, from Megaman 2. I'll be thinking of absolutely nothing, then suddenly hear that track in my mind.

 

Have to say Final Fantasy 7, all those songs were stuck in my head for a good few years.

Currently playing Fallout 3 with the old music mod, this replaces all the Oblivionesque stuff with the old songs & soundscapes and is much better imo.

 

R-Type (Arcade and Sega Master System) ... loved the music for that game.
