Can you Sli a GTX 260 Core 216 with an old GTX 260?

    Hey I was wondering can you sli a Can you Sli a GTX 260 Core 216 with my old GTX 260? Can I sli a card that's not a 260 too?

    I'm pretty sure you can.

    If I'm remembering right what'll happen is that the faster card will clock itself down to the slower one to match its performance. Correct me if I'm wrong Guru's? (Just saying no doesn't work lol)

    Nope it will have to be another 216 core, think you can mix the 65 and 55nm ones though.

    No1 ever has thats why we think its bull as loads of people have tryed and fail so i heard

    ...but ati cards can crossfire with any other ati (well most of them)

    Aight but I'm sure the 216 won't work at full power. it'll only use 192 cores...
