well, they're apparently redoing the hallways in my building today. and some kind of bad-smelling dust is now spewing under the door and through the whole ventilation system. It's building up fast so I'm shutting down my computers while I seal things up. Could this have happened on any other day?!! well....... yeah
lol im sorry if i blamed Briths , but from here are these 33 degree freemansons, yes like u said the early templars where those that freemansons became later,.. i could have said that too, but i focused manly on this friday 13th spook lol and freemansons
hey no problem. we brits have a lot 2 answer for eh? well its a very tenous link to say that because we were fighting the french the french king was desperate for cash and needed a quick solution. i.e the templars..but yes the freemasons are linked with the templars or have similarities. my grandad was a freemason and got very annoyed when i asked him questions about them and once found his diary...boy oh boy did i catch one. still served him right leaving his diary about! what amuses me is the mis-direction that has fooled many. ok real truth = massacre of templars. cover-up..ghosts n goblins appear. and funnily enough how many people were taught about the templars in school? answer not many. i only found out due to research and that i studied history and learnt about the crusades etc etc. the way i see it i drink a toast to those killed and make sure i check under my bed at night
Going down to the Masonic lodge and celebrate with my brothers in dark mysterious ways................
Two things that make this day not unlucky: 1- Tomorrow is Valentines. Most people in a relationship have about a 90% chance of getting laid. 2- (for Americans) Long weekend. President's Day on Monday.
Right on brother, some of my ancestors were Templar Knights (the lucky few that were tipped off and escaped into the night) on my dad's side of the family, my Grandfather was also a Freemason as well. When I was in school we briefly touched on the crusades and Templar Knights, etc, and was also knew what Friday the 13th meant, as we were told as children what happened to our ancestors and how it came to be, and couldn't understand how my classmates really didn't know. IMO I think the Templar Knights are given a bad rep and falsehoods told about them, and makes me angry at times. Well at least we have our heirlooms that have been in the family as a reminder of what happened so long ago.
Despite not believing in any superstitious crap my girlfriend had a terrible Friday 13th. 1st our friends mum who she works with fell over and broke her arm so she went to the hospital with her for the morning. She then went back to work to find out she hadn't been accepted for a position she applied for a few weeks ago. Finally after work she saw a guy get hit by a bus. Pretty bad day as far as they go, although not as bad as it was for the fella who got hit I bet.
Exactly, Nato.dbnz. She should look at it this way: she didn't break her arm, she didn't lose her job, and she wasn't hit by the bus...
hows being sick as a dog on friday the 13th and not being able to go out cause you can't stop coughing unless its cold in my room, and my whole body feels like its 120 degrees.
so people had a "normal" day i guess they just want to justify the fact it was Friday 13th but it was the same day like any other?
I got bad luck, first time it's ever happened too. I got caught in the Tube using my Nan's Freedom pass, lol lol. For those of you who do not know what a freedom pass is, I'll explain it. In the UK, when you get to 60+, or are disabled, you are entitled to a Freedom pass. This is like a normal Train/Bus pass, only it is free to use 24/7 anywhere anytime. So basically I went to exit High Street Kensington Station and then the ticket inspector approached me and sais may I see your oyster card? That's when my bad luck happened! However, luckily, because I was polite and cooperative with the ticket inspector, answered a million questions, he let me off but took the freedom pass away...
