Can I support this card..?

    Hi, im new here and i would like to know if my Gtx 260 core 216 can run on my Antec True Power Trio 550w PSu cause my 1kW just blew up on me. :((

    You might have to lower any overclocks on the Extreme processor, but otherwise you'll be fine.

    I'm close to the same thing. I'm upgrading to a gtx 260 core 216. Im just going to cross my fingers and hope to hell that it works. LOL, if it doesnt... good excuse to buy a 750w psu and get ready for 2 gtx 260 c 216's! I dont think there should be any problems with either of out builds though.

    Jeebus, unless you are running a massive amount of fans or hdds your completely fine with that antec psu. As a matter of fact, it's probably a better power supply than your ultra 1k. It puts out 54 amps on the 12 volt rails and 24 amps on both the 5 volt and 3.3 rails....more than needed for the specs in your signature. People fall for the "YOU NEED MASSIVE POWER!" hype way too easily.

    Ive been running mine on my corsair psu for a while now and its been fine.

    Should be fine. I've been gaming with my new GTX 260 non stop for the last 4 days on my Rosewill 550 watt without any issues.
