Bought a GTX 295

Instead of starting a new thread I thought I'd just try to ask it here.

Will this GPU work with the mobo I currently have (Asus Ma379-T)?

I know that I can't run two in SLI since the mobo is CrossFire, but I wasn't sure if the card having two GPUs would cause me any problems. It's kinda a stupid question but I just wanted to be sure before I spend $500, because I'm going to decide between this and a 4870X2.

 

a single GTX 295 will work in any motherboard, the SLI is inside the GPU, doesn't require an SLI mobo.

id be running my GTX 295 right now but the 1000hx i got was defective so i had to do a RMA. =(

 

I think I'm going to go with the 295GTX. My only other concern is my PSU is currently a Corsair TX-750. I know that the PSU is certified for the 4870x2, but I read that the 295's minimum is 680w. Do any of you think that I may have an issue with that? I just bought the corsair ~3 months ago and really would prefer not to have to replace it already.

You'll have absolutely no problems with a reputable 750W, I'll be running mine on a 700W which is the recommended.
