IIRC, and I may well not, 1.45v is about as much as you want to put in to a 45nm chip for 24/7 use. Using that logic, you are fine.
Idle temps are great, but they are not what matter (unless we are talking stupidly high). What are your load temps? (Try Intel Burn Test, it brings CPUs to their knees more than anything else. At least 5 test, preferably 10)
Pushing that voltage through it will lower your CPU's life expectancy. Like sp5it said, C0s take a bit more Vcore to run fast, but that doesn't mean you should push them. I believe you're at or just over Intel's recommended Vcore. Going beyond isn't a huge problem, but you should know that it's more than a lot of us use for 24/7. If your temperatures are fine then you don't have to worry about any short term effects, just keep in mind that you're drastically lowering its lifespan with that voltage.
