Corsair Power Supply Survey

The survey appears not to be working, sections 8 + 9 won't let me answer all the questions, one button gets unticked if I click another.

 

It's asking for a 1-5 ranking of the 5 items, not a 1-5 individual rank.

 

Try to tick 5-4-3-2-1. You can't have same choice twice.
