PC start problems with asus p6t

    From what I understood from an article in the January 2009 issue of CustomPC, the Asus P6T Deluxe motherboard only has two settings for the Memory Divider: 800 MHz and 1066 MHz so that might be why. I did read something about only the i7-965 being able to use 1333 MHz and 1600 MHz memory due to some setting or other being higher but I might have misunderstood that.

    The irksome thing is that I've just ordered a new i7-920 PC from CyberPower and the only memory options I had were for 1333 and 1600 MHz RAM. What is the point in offering such memory if the motherboard itself can only run it at 1066 MHz? :bang:
