bluray and 880gt

I have what may be a dumb question but I need a new dvd burner and this caught my eye while browsing around http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8844655&type=product&id=1208562591968 my question is my moniter is a samsung 22" 1680x1050, will I be able too watch bluray movies at its full resolution? thanks

 

when you say "full resolution", do you mean 1080p (1920x1080)? because your monitor can't display 1080p, but it should still look pretty good at its native resolution.

 

Some of the 8800 series cards DO NOT support HDCP over dual link DVI.

So if you have to use dual link, make sure you figure it out before you buy.

No dual link here just plain sli but I had heard about some 8800's having problems with hdcp hence my question. thanks
