hi to all! i've been searching a lot in this forum, on "how to softmod" guides, and what i've found is patchscripts that i really don't know what to do with them (sorry i'm really a noob at this matter)....:bang: could anyone post some links that could help me understand how to do it? i use a lot of solidworks and 3dsmax on xp64, and a firegl (or pro) would really be a great help.... thanks..

thanks! but that is the thread i refered earlier, what do i have to do with the patchscripts? (sorry i'm a noob) actually i don't have the 4870 rigth now, but i'm willing to buy a 3850 or 4650 or 4850, don't know yet.....
there is no soft mod yet for the 4800 series, there is for the 3800 series, but i0m not sure. Cheers.

what do you mean? even so, if i softmod, it will be on a ATI card......that is, if i can find out how to mod......
