I have this video card and i want to know what drivers do you guys recommend me? I use to play quake 3 and i want the best driver for this game, 'cause sometimes the fps get lagged for 0.5 ms and then people kill me, I have a good cfg for that game, but i'm sure that it's a video card issue with the driver. Thanks for the help.

Go here,to the Nvidia Drivers Download page: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us Select Product Series "GeForce 6 Series" and your operating system,then download and install!
