In case you guys aren't familiar with Sherdog (a mixed martial arts forum), 99% of the crap you see there is by trolls or retards. I seriously doubt that the poster was actually the guy in the pictures. It's somewhat odd to go from sherdog to this forum and see the same stuff posted.

I assumed that it was a troll when I read the original thread. Even though the thread may be a farce, those pics appear real. So that dude in the pictures really married the marvelous woman..lol. That is worth commenting on...
