My 8800GTS 512 overclocked and my E8400 at 4ghz should run this game at medium high mix. No problem..

    What exactly are memory leaks?
I just bought it from a local gamestop for $30, so i'll report back after a play for a little. This might help others get an idea since my system isn't top notch.

it means it has huge frame rate drops..after some time..it's clear that the engine has sli and crossfire problems..

It keeps on storing useless data in the memory, filling it up more and more without dumping it. The pc has to search between the piling useless data for the stuff to render. It makes the framerate increasingly choppier and lower.

I think this(and games that are similar in nature) are the reason's why we all spend so much money/time upgrading and tweaking our PC's, i wish play would hurry up with my bloody copy lol

How the hell do you benchmark this game? It doesn't seem to have the benchmark (windows batch file) in the same place.

Oh, you got me there. New waterblocks, haha. Also slapping in a new motherboard. Should be done in a couple of days though, but I think I will test Warhead on my laptop, which has a 8600M GT, 4GB of memory and a T8100 2.1GHz Core 2 Duo. Now, that would be the ultimate test of this updated version of the engine!

some of us use FRAPS to measure the FPS levels(at least i do) while we play, but it takes the FPS down about 5 when you run it.

oh and im thinking of testing it on my old PC with a pentium 4 3Ghz, 1GB ram, and ati X1600 512MB. anyone think that would be interesting?
