Sorry it took so long. I read this and skipped over it the first time D: . But anyway, I favor using a Dremel for when I need to tidy up wires that cant be tidy'd up any other way.

Use/Buy/Borrow a Dremel and just watch out for MB screw holes.

The mobo seems a bit warm, but as long as the processor stays below 60c you should be ok. Is there a way for you to attack a fan to the north bridge heatsinc?

Do you suggest RMA'ing it but also i noticed when running OCCT the volts on my PSU get up to 14.5v on my 12v rail is this ok or high?

    PSU or MOBO or BOTH?

    What do you recon mate,

thanks much appricated for quick responses,

You really need to learn to be patient. Making 4 threads and bumping every 15 minutes is not going to help you.

seriously, pick one thread and stick to it, the mods will close down at least three (if not all four) of your threads.
so pick either this one here or
    http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=269335
    http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=269339
    http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=269336
one of those. and stick to it. don't bump constantly, and keep making new threads, you are asking for trouble with the moderators.
