Conquest focuses on the capture and control of flags; once a team captures a control point, its members can re-spawn in the area. When a team loses control of all their flags or control points, they cannot re-spawn.

Maintaining control over the flags on the battlefield is a key to victory and the ability to re-spawn troops close to the battlefront can make all the difference for that last offensive push. Four existing maps have been redesigned along with all new lighting and weather effects, to give players a great battlefield on which to play Conquest. Upon entering one of these maps, the U.S. ARMY will face off against either the Russian or Middle Eastern Coalition forces and the battle for control of the territory will begin. Look for more information soon from DICE on the release date and more details on Conquest Mode.

I exchanged this game for a pre-order of Gears II, good single players but the lag online is just terrible...nothing will frustrate you more than emptying a shotgun into the back of somebody only for them to turn around and kill you....worst game i have ever played for lag.

can't say I have seen any lag on my end... given that you connect through ea's servers, it may be regional...

Probably a mixture of my crap 2 meg connection and Ea crappy servers, but if a game like COD4 can work flawlessly on my 2 meg i don't see what this game should not be similar........still its gone now so Yeeehaaa for Gears II co-op.

Agreed, to be honest graphics look better when you have taken some damage and the grainy texture slightly disapears..

The graphics do look kinda weird, especially when you've played BF2 and 2142 on pc.
