Well, each time i reinstall drivers i lose my settings so... there is a way to backup em so i restore em with an easy way? like saving .reg files... or some programme ty :3
No need to use Nhancer. You can save your settings in Nvidia control panel. Just click on one of the `Display` manus on the left, then click on `Profiles` on the top and then Save. You can choose what settings you wanna save. After updating the drivers, you can load the saved settings the same way.
