3dmark Van 100 point improvement (nothing really), COD 4 driver crashes in the first 30 seconds. Back to 174.74 and all is well again. Shame that a whql driver performs better than a beta.

0 problems for me, and SLI works just fine, i did not see any improvement over the old ones, but i dont get the Sleep mode bug when turning SLI on, so its a keeper for now.

Can SLI be enabled without a reboot in Vista x64 finally?

    Thanks,

SP1 has nothing to do with that! 169.44 work flawless for me with SP1.

Using this driver TrackMania Nations Forever freezes, never happened before, so switching to older version :)

LOL it is the opposite for me. These drivers are the only ones that makes Trackmania NOT freeze.

Very weird, I tried those drivers in x86 and x64 and both are freezing TrackMania Nations Forever for me. I got back to 174.74 and I got no freezes so far and framerate is higher too (Much smoother at least).

These drivers are working fine for me, SLI on Vista 64-bit with 2 x 8800GT.

Tested on COD4, TF2, Lotro, Assassin's Creed and Crysis

The only problem I had is with Vista's SP1 that doesn't allow the use of unsigned drivers...

I had to install Ready Driver Plus v1.1 to get around it.

Congrats M$ on another brilliant monopolising decision!

Meh, Lost Planet locked up during a cutscene after playing for ~3 hours. SLI enabled this is. Screw this. BTW, WTF are Lost Planet cutscenes? Because they have no sound if I disable music in the setup options and don't look like videoclips either.

    175.12 ='s Blank screen

Sup peps.. So i downloaded the latest BETA force-ware drivers from Nvidia site Yesterday.. I un-installed Version 174.74 and restarted. Installed new drivers (175.12). Restarted again and here's where the problem starts. On boot up i get the windows starting bar at the bottom of the screen, as soon as the drivers load (fans on cards slow down) my screen goes blank, No windows logo but i here the start-up sound. I can still input my password and then log onto desktop. JUST NO visuals. Then i hit windows key, hit arrow 3 times (right), hit return and system shuts down.. I then proceed to start the system in safe mode to remove drivers. Re-installing previous drivers no problem. Clearly I'm having a problem with new drivers so my question is..

Has anyone else experienced this..? And is there a work around..?

    Asus 8800gts*2 Sli, Asus P5n-t Deluxe, OCZ reaper 1066 2gb*2, Q6600 3.2ghz oc'd, seagate barracuda 500gb*3, Vista sp1 x64.

I know you don't wanna hear this, but you've got 3 major things going wrong for your build, bro.

Your CPU is overclocked - #1 bad.
You're running two V. Cards in SLI mode - #2 bad.
    You're using Vista.

I HOPE you get your system working, but man..... all the hell you're doing is stacking the odds against yourself with those 3 factors right there.

Lemme guess..... you need ALL that bs so you can play Crysis at 5000x4000 w/30xAA all on your retarded widescreen that you paid too much for... right...?

Oblige me and tell me I'm wrong.:nerd:

I've yet to hear a report where a driver broke a GPU.

They will void your warranty unless you're a lying **** who tried them, ****ed your setup up.. then decided to lie to your V. Cards' manufacturer when it's time to ask for help.
