Hardware Monitor Question

hey guys in this program what is being measured by the values named TMPIN0 and TMPIN1?

http://home.cogeco.ca/~hawse/DSCN5511.JPG I am running orthos stress test now and these temps seem really high. I think they are the temps of the northbridge and southbridge. Right now 30 mins into the stress test the tmpin0 is 39c and tmpin1 is 50c.

im not sure what they are tbh but if those are in fact your nb/sb temps they are very good.

 

The TMPIN0 is the mobo temperature and the TMPIN0 is the CPU tCase temperature. These are the same temps reported as the "system" and "CPU" temperatures in BIOS.

 

so are those temps ok then? fyi 15 hrs 30 mins orthos small ffts stress test core 1 temp 57c core 2 temp 58c.

yup its ok dont worry about that
gaming or doing something else temps shouldn't go high than 53

 

hey alex when you say that you mean for the nb and sb?

 

nono i mean for cpu, at least that was that i could see on my comp
cpu has peaks of 55 when orthos, but in games its just 52 or less
