I am planning on buying this tonight, just wanted to run it past you before I do.

    Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 £139.81
    Xigmatek HDT-S1283 cpu cooler £22.27
    Leadtek GeForce 8800 GT 512MB £135.11
    G.Skill 4GB DDR2 PQ PC2-8000C5 (2x2GB) CAS5 Dual Channel Kit £82.24
    Gigabyte GA-EX38-DS5 Intel X38 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard £146.86
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - Retail £138.52
Toughpower 750W Cable Mangement Black PSU £75.09
    Lian-Li PC-7 PLUS II Aluminium Midi-Tower Case - Black £58.74
    Samsung SH-S202N DVDR £17.03
Cherry G86-22000GBADAB CyMotion Expert Wired Keyboard £12.93
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64Bit £58.50

My max buget is £900 and I need a pc that is very upgradeable (hence 2 sticks of ram and pcie2 mobo)

    Any critiques/suggestions?

Edit: Also, is it worth me considering going the ddr3 route?

Also i don't think DD3 is just much money for nothing, well my opinion, i am vista "hater" so, i rather put some windows xp pro, maybe put E8200 instead and overclock it ? saved money can be used for buying better graphic card for example, and if you can look closer to the mainboard, 8800 cards are "big" don't know about gt but my gts is... so look if you don't loose important connector putting her on mainboard, she can block for example few sata 2 connectors etc, otherwise looks fine to me

Yeah I was thinking of getting an e8200, would the mobo fsb be up to overclocking it well though, seeing as it only has an 8x multiplier?
