    wow, people are so stupid, Windows Vista is an amazing OS once you have disabled what you dont need, its funny when people try to use windows vista on a PII and say it sucks, Vista SP1 X64 is the best OS ever

    Vid was mildly entertaining. Few cliche jokes but that isn't always a bad thing. I own vista and Personally don't think its AMAZING!!! but I have not had any bad issues yet (touch wood). I actually think its a step up from xp, but no in leaps or bounds by any means.

    Bah, you complain about - you look a little too sensitive, what im trying to say is you dont see the bigger picture - try making an OS with a large hardware supporting area, its no easy task.

    Sorry but have you not ever tried Windows ME before? That is a hell of alot worse than Vista. I don't even have any problems with Vista. I am sick of this crap people are giving MS, when the problems with Vista are no greater than any other Windows edition.

    Well if you are using the specs in your rig, I wouldn't be suprised if that Geforce was the problem not Windows Vista.

    how could a video like that warrant deletion!?!

    I'll stick with XP till all my CGI programs are only on Vista and that an't happening for a long time LOL

    Thanks XeonPower for the link. MS might have got it removed?

    Vista x64 SP1 is a great OS. You need 4GB of RAM to really enjoy it though. Only crashes I have had is from unstable overclocking. Drivers are really abundant now :). Drivers where a major cause of problems, and it was not all MS fault. Think about how Nvidia drivers where back 6 to 11 months ago. SP1 RC1 fixes a few problems. IMHO Vista is getting close to the equivalent of XP SP2 already. You might as well make the switch now :). One thing I have done is switch to the true Admin account, removing the pesky pop-ups and its gold ;).

    Shouldn't be, seem to load pretty quick to me.
