I noticed this one on tech-amok today totally not related to hardware but so shocking that I think every media in the world should post this. More...
Whats so shocking? Nothing worse then what I see on Cops ... Some teens were probably stealing something from the Casino and got beat for it... will probably never do it again. :bang: If you think this is shocking, you'd probably have a heart attack if you watched American news for more then a day...
Hmmmm... I live in Finnland and once in newspaper i saw gallup which was made in Russia, which was somethinlike the most criminal professions is their land. It was something like this: 1. Militia (cops in Russia) 2. Goverment 3. Mafia XD
Dang it, I can't see the video. What's up with that? Well, I'm assuming there's a video. Unless the one sentence is the story.
this is just some idiot doing stupid things, so the cop beat him. Have you guys seen the small child in the us who was being kicked by his mothers boyfriend in the store? or all the shootings? Just dont over react i say, it happened already.
Based on the circumstances presented in the video and my 8 years of experience as a control and defensive tactics instructor/ use of force instructor it appeared to me like a reasonable level force was used by the police officer.
QFT im not from England but parents dont hit thier kids, which i think should be done. Thats how your parents were raised and they arent as ****ed up as todays society.
Are you serious? I doubt there's a single completely non-corrupt cop in any of the the ex-soviet countries. I've been to Ukraine many times, and every time I've seen bribery everywhere. That's just how it works over there.
this is what the bibole says, "the father who does not use force, is a bad father for his children" or something like that. and thats true.
Wow what a facking moron, i can't stand people that use violence. I hate it. And to kick someone in the face whilst they are on the floor, what kind of sick fcuk :bang:
Not knowing the situation or the so called crime committed, I hardly think anyone can make that sort of judgment, and can only assume. There's a line between unnecessary police brutality and apt physical force. Looking at the amount of force the police officer applies to a somewhat frightened and retreating criminal, I'd assume the officer is out of line as he could have simply grabbed and restrained the individual.
