Hi guys could do with a little help. I am in the uk and looking for a good watercooling kit. It is my first time with water cooling so really wants something easy to install. I also am looking for it to be compact so i can fit it all in my coolmaster cavalier case. Any feedback would be ace cheers.
You could check out the Swiftech H20-220. But a kit is scarcely any easier than buying seperate parts, except that you don't have to worry about getting the tube and barb sizes matched up. I'd check the watercooling sticky. If a 240mm radiator is too big for you I'd forget it, watercooling with a 120 mm radiator is barely any better than high-end air.
Honestly, no not really. It will help get the heat out of the case, but the cooling prowess of a 120 mm aluminum radiator is not significantly better than the bigger heatsinks out there. Though this is good practice and I believe it has 3/8" (10 mm) fittings so you can upgrade for better parts from your Swiftech/D-Tek/Alapacool/etc...

The whole thing really isnt up to much tbh. Thermaltake waterblocks arent really all that great, nor even their radiators (not even the dual 120mm one, although it would obviously be better than the single 120mm). Really you would have been much better getting a swiftech kit, or reading around and picking custom parts for your rig.
All Tt radiators are aluminum, you'd really want copper. My advice, find a kit with a 240 mm copper radiator or just stick with high-end air. If you skimp you probably will do no better and probably even worse. The idea that watercooling is automatically better is just a myth. http://www.anandtech.com/casecoolingpsus/showdoc.aspx?i=3097&p=8 The Swiftech compact 120 is actually decent in terms of parts but still loses quite horribly to the Thermalright Ultra 120 extreme.

Not sure... tough to find low-end water compared to much other than other low-end kits or stock air. But I can tell you a ultra 120 extreme would surely beat both.
