    Omega 169.25 vs 169.28 beta

    Hi guys,
I have tried both drivers mainly looking for smoother framerate in Crysis. Omega drivers seemed to run Crysis better, however I decided to run benchmarks on the 2 drivers. I used 3d Mark '05 on standard freebie settings 1024 x 768 no AA

    Omega score - 9199 marks

    169.28 - 9726 marks

Would be grateful of any feedback on which drivers work better for you on Crysis

Well, Omega drivers are working good so far, except Timeshift won't start at all. No errors, nothing!

Omega, giving these a try once more. Glad he's still with us after these couple of years.

got em installed last night. UT3 and UT2004 both look noticably better in the IQ department. They seem to be just as fast as the old drivers, or at least very close. I get around 90fps on UT3 when the frame cap is off.

Also noticed my card idles 3-4 degrees cooler than before. Not sure if that's a coincidence tho. Going to test with Crysis and Bioshock later this week.

I've got a blank screen while installing the drivers after clicking "Continue anyway" using XP SP2 6800 GT. I have to reset after this and the installation has failed.
    Anyone else having this problem?

I've fully cleaned my old drivers.

working perfectly here on Crysis and CoD4 (cod4 had a display corrupting prob with the 69.17s beta for me that I ran prior to this, now with omega's finally my sis could actually finished the game).
very smooth and apparent IQ tweaks indeed.
