p35-dq6 wont have issues with running a q9450.
also like no fsb issues overclock issues etc ?

It shouldn't since the board has support for 1333FSB and the Q9450 has a rated bus speed of 1333MHz.

The Q9450 is the best choice. It's the cheapest CPU with 12MB Cache.

The 9450 is the same CPU as the QX9650 but it has a lower multiplier.

Some people say that the 9300 will the Q6600 succesor because it's closer to the same clockspeed but I say that the Q9450 will be the best seller in 2008 because it has 12MB cache and not 6MB like the cheaper ones...
