lol...i know...goin to build a new one soon...just need something to hold me over for about 3-4months
SLI it's not even a question. SLI >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Better ram -scheherazade
I'm with the general consensus on this. SLI, because buying some additional DDR RAM means it will be wasted when you move off the 939, while the two 8800GTs can move in w/ the new build. Second 8800GT, hands down.
Yeah, SLi. Since obviously when you move on to a build, it's either going to be AM2 or 775, the DDR will be a waste of money.
I'm going against the apparent trend of this thread. Don't buy a second graphics card, save your money and buy a new motherboard, RAM and CPU.
ofcourse you should do ram. Your CPU/ram bottlnecking tiyr GFX card so adding another one will give you no improvement
A good call...but I guess we've assumed that our friend here has some $$$ burning a hole in his pocket. Dracos, think about that...but otherwise, DO NOT get RAM that is obsolete and will serve no purpose for the next build, while 8800GTs will.
well i went with the ram anyway...because one of em went our...cheap ram....and got some stuff to start building my case for my next rig...
