LOL... I just removed my X-Fi and have been using onboard sound which finally got rid of my looping sound lock ups in TF2. Now I might have to try this... ugh.

Hey, they actually gave us some notes on what they fixed and changed. I guess Creative Labs is finally hearing the people.

or they are getting paid more and now they are doing there job right. look at nvidia, was just like creative labs and now look at them, making drivers out of no where and great support. now ati need to do the same because alot of mods had ati radeon 1950XTX and move to 8800 GTX and not 2900 XT.

Well I was wrong about using onboard sound fixing my looping sound lockups. I guess I'll put my x-fi back in and give these a try.

Cant wait to try these drivers. Really hope they fix some of my issues in games. Bioshock was particularly bad.

They work very good for me Mike! I think that this driver will work very well on your PC too.

They are indeed the most stable ones, no crackling and the best quality every.

    Good job Creative!

What about XP? There hasn't been a single new driver for the X-Fi for XP for more than a year now.
