Halo 3 is out now in ........

italy. that right you heard me right italy.



In the photo you can see the halo 3 limited edition copy.
The copies in this photo coming from "Mediaworld", the biggest chain of electronic store in Italy.
Is strange, because yesterday the m$ had confirmed that the game was in gold.

Uh who cares? It's Halo and to PC gamers halo is the bottom of the barrel as far as fps's go. Oh and console suck remember?

 

I always found Halo to be at best a laughable overrated P.O.S FPS.

 

this will put the end of halo series so yeah this is a big game for the fanboys.

 

Halo 1 and 2 multiplayer was fun. When you hook up 2 tvs and 2 consoles, with 8 people playing. Other than that they sucked, SP was really boring.

yeah, i got halo 2 because i want to see what so good about that game. i got it and i play it some times since i dont have that much time on my hand as a late.

 

I personally think Halo is a pretty good shooter. Not the be all end all shooter, but good. It's just that it's vast popularity pisses off the hardcore PC crowd. Believe me I'll take M&K over controller any day, just let the newbs have their fun. I will be picking up Halo 3 however.

 

When Halo came out and you were a console player (hell even some PC players like me) it was the best looking game out. I remember the first time I saw it playing. I was in sheer awe. Playing it for the first time was the same. I loved it. Begining to end. I still enjoy it for what it is and remember the first time I saw it every time I play it.
That said. The second one held my intrest for 1 hr and that's pushing it. I found it to be just more of the same and it had none of the "OOHH" factor that the first one did. SO I don't see myself being too excited with Halo3. I will try it but I am not expecting the same feeling I got with the first one.

 

If I was one of those Italians I would buy one copy and then sell it for $$$ after.. :smoke:

Sorry to break all of your hearts, but that photo is actually a hoax. Those are empty display cases for Halo 3 that have been circulating throughout retailers for quite some time. Here is the website: http://www.megatonik.com/2007/08/31/rumor-halo-3-already-arriving-at-some-retailers/.
Stores won't receive shipments of Halo 3 until September 22nd, which is when reviewers will be getting their hands on them.

 

Halo 1/2 is fun for about an hour, then its just boring and repetitive

lol halo to me is like a PT cruiser..

the people who use them think they're the coolest $hit.. yet anyone who knows their anus from a hole in the ground knows otherwise.

 

HALO is not a bad FPS game for a console. It's the best one out there, but it's nothing compare to the FPS on the PC side.

 

I don't like it not because it's a console game, but because it's mediocre and fairly generic. For a console shooter, it's not bad i suppose, but it just did nothing for me. I have finished both.

i don't like it cuz it looks like game for kinds or something lol, i remember halo 1 and those stupid childish looking monsters and the weapons the used omg lol pathetic, thanks god it was only a demo.
