All I have to say is thanks for eveyones hard work in makinging these products! Its awsome to know that pple work to make our gameing better everyday!

    But a quick Question:

When will we start seeing 64-bit support? thats the newest greatest thing. I wonder who will conquer it first?

    again thanks for everything!:)

FarCry is already Working, or maybe finished, on their 64 bit patch. Probly won't look too much different but will have Awsome AI.

I would really want to see nvHardpage as 64-bit. So we can stick it to RivaTuner! lol

    It's finished: http://amd64andfarcry.gamedaemons.net/index.asp (download) and http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/showdoc.aspx?i=2411 (review).

Too bad those guys from Creative won't make a driver for my Live! 24 bit until fall :(.

Edit: I take that back, I just found a beta driver. Won't be able to test it 'till evening tho.

I don't think so. Win XP64 got released, so no more betas. There was never an Evaluation copy to download, only the beta version. That can still be downloaded from various sites, but not from Microsoft.

And the follow-up: I got my Live! 24 working on Win 64, and started playing Far Cry 64 bit! Wow, a great moment in history: my very first 64 bit game! :D

Do you still need a CPU? I suggest getting the cheapest one you can find considering you'll only be coding on it.
