I was just wasting my time with google images, and I saw this, and it has to be the saddest photo ive ever seen! (god knows why but it is!) Agreed?
Mmm, not really. However, I just watched the TV adaptation of THe End of the Whole Mess, that was a rather depressing plot.
i've seen that photo a billion times... meh there are fat people out there old and young thats what is really sad.
Being FAT doesn't mean your a bad person, It just means you might have heart or other medical issues later in life!
I love that show. The only problem is Chris Hansen should just walk out and shoot the sick f*** in the side of the head with a 12 gauge shotgun. Chris Hansen has some serious balls to do what he does so calmly.
Jumping to the gun on what I said eh? Well just to clarify many things, I am 220 pounds and 6 feet 5 inches or 99 kilos and 1.96 meters. I am not thin, but I am not obese. What is sad in this world is people who over eat and get to be 300-400+ pounds. That is sad, to see people who cannot walk by themselves. Yes there are exceptions, gentetics has to do with a good portion of obese people, which is sad that there is not much that we can do for them. But the others, those who consume so much food, eat fast food everyday and grow and grow, it is sickening really. To see parents give their kids such horrible food in the USA. I am not saying the little overweight people, everyone has a tendency to become more weight than what it should be, and that is not what is sad. I am talking about the morbidly obese, as the picture describes. So instead of trying to get at me, why don't you ask for clarification, that would be a "good job".
Why do you consider it to be an insult? Isn't it sad that people smoke? Isn't it sad that people are obese?
To be honest , the parents of that child should be looked at by social services. Unless he has a medical problem that results in his weight gain.

Seems like the source photo rather than a remake. Anyway, people get fat, yes, but there's no "epidemic". It's their own and their parent's fault most of the time. Fat parents feed their kids too much crap and they get fat too. People don't watch what they eat or take care of themselves properly then they end up like that kid. Very rarely is their weight caused by actual medical conditions, people always try to place blame of everything but themselves.
Alf rules and that guy in the pic is cooler than the OP. And seriously.... i always **** on the first date and never had any complaints.
