AVG, Adaware, and Spybot Search and Detroy. Google them.

Use all of them. It's not like one will conflict with the other (though Spybot and Ad-aware did have conflictions in the past.. :D).

Run AVG about once a week. It updates by itself so you don't have to worry about that.

Ad-aware and Spybot: Search & Destroy normally have updates once a week. You'll have to do that manually. Also, run them weekly as well.

Oh, I've had that happen before. Either try a different download location or wait a day or so.

Right-click the display icon and click on "check for updates".

Alright, when you click "check for updates" it should automatically find a file and then you select it to download. If it is up-to-date, it will say "Your AVG program already has the latest updates installed and is fully up-to-date."

Avast, spybot, adaware. Thats all you need.

Note* - You need to register to use it (free also).

I've never heard of that antivirus software and it's not free, just a free-trial.
