I don't think you will notice much of a difference, maybe you could try this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150174
I had a 6800gt then went to a 7800gt and there is a hell of a difference!! with the 6800 on a 1`280x1024 i couldnt go past medium with a 7800 @1440 x900 i could still go almost all high with 2aa and 4 af the 7800 gt was a very good card but dont go for the gs when for the same money you can get a gtx http://cgi.ebay.com/Evga-7800GTX-78...ryZ40161QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
my 7800gtx play everything max and was cheap like 228usd.and crysis would run on 7800 in dx9 and with motion blur
Sapphire Preps Radeon HD 2000 Graphics Cards for AGP Bus SAPPHIRE 100209L Radeon X1950GT 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X HDCP Video Card - $134.99*
suggest you get a x1950 pro 256mb agp. best card for $. faster than the 7800gs and 7950 160$ after rebate http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161070 the 512mb one is useless, just spending extra cash for no reason.
