    Couple questions:

Does the PCI Delayed Transaction function in the BIOS affect PCI Latency Tool at all?

I've heard people say that you have to keep the program open all the time in order for it to do anything. Is that true?

Would there be any harm in setting the latency for my videocard through something like ATI Tool and then using PCI LT for the rest?

Lastly, PCI Tool finds my videocard, but only the secondary display driver like LIQ (I'm using the same card), and if I disable the secondary, it doesn't find my videocard at all. Also, something else that's odd. It lists the Radeon 'and' my SiS AGP port, and both have different latencies.

The Radeon secondary display was set at 32, and the AGP port was set at 64.

Try to install version 3.0 of PCI latency tool. Can be downloaded from http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=9733

    I am using 3.0.
You have the same display adapter issue as I do.

    Hello again.
I did resolve my speed in games by installing a new CPU. Bought an Athlon XP 2500+ Barton. Works well at 1.83Ghz, 333mhz fsb bus, and turbo memory mode.

The fps in games slightly increased by installing this cpu in socket.
Were some difficulties with Epox 8K3A and installing cpu witch 333fsb bus, but i solved them, and now i'm using a normal settings in games.

Is there a possibility to adjust PCI latency under Windows Vista? Version 3.0 does not work :(

"AGP video cards DO have PCI Latency timers. PCI Express cards DO NOT have PCI Latency timers."

I doubt your 7900GT is on AGP...

It is not for my 7900GT. It is for my SiI 0680 RAID-Controller which has a incredible bad performance with default PCI-Latency.

I am using the latest version on Vista 64 bit. When I start the program up, it just hard locks up my computer.

I'll go ahead and assume it's not for Vista. This thing is ancient now and hopefully shouldn't be needed anymore.
