use the beta 100 (100.95) series XP driver. I did with my 8800 GTS and it fixed the shadow bug. No problems with call of juarez on my system now.

Installed these 97.94s over the 97.92s > system hardlocked at startup.

Uninstalled and driver cleaned, installed 97.94 fresh, problem solved.

Still can't overclock memory on my 8800GTS, still weird fog flashing problem in BF2. 3 months for 2 minor fixes? I'm not impressed.

modified the inf file installed 97.94 using setup and had no issues at all installing or rebooting with xfx 7800gs extreme.

When gaming the only issue I run into is a lot and I mean alot of lag that I get with no other driver.

91.28 is running really good with stalker reduced studder the most out of all the 9x series of drivers have not really gone to 8x series as I would like to try and stay somewhat current. although in order to play bf2 all you need is 73

Running WinXP64. These drivers work. Nothing special about them though. And I know a lot of people talk about having stuttering problems in Stalker...but I have not experienced that, fortunately. The only time it stutters at all is when I am running into a new area that's not cached up, and then it's only for a split second. The game runs great on my rig with all detail cranked.
