i want to burn my oblivion game to a cd so i can put on another pc the dics is dvd but i want to burn it to cd cause the other pc has no dvd drive possible and how? be specific please
You can always create an image of the disc, archive it into whatever amount of pieces to fit it onto CDs, then transfer the files over and mount the CD image. This doesnt count any other copy protections that you will have to work around to get it to run. I know you dont want to hear it, just buy a DVD drive. Heck, upgrade your main drive, and pass it down to this rig. But cmon, a PC that doesnt have a DVD drive? This would make me question that PC's capability to play oblivion, or at least play it comfortably.
DVD players are like $20 and writers (also DL) around $40. Or like what someone said above, create an iso since OB hasn't got any protection.
A couple of months ago I happened to buy a DVD dual-layer lightscribe drive with free shipping for about $35.00 on Newegg.com. Sometimes if you can't afford alot you can run into some good deals. Sometimes the sites like "Deal news" and other sites have really great info on deals at online or offline stores. In case you don't know this, When you see OEM in the description of a drive it doesn't come with cables or software. If you buy retail then you proably get "Nero burning software" and cables or the other burning software "Roxio". But you proably do know about all that. I figure maybe I could help someone save a buck lol
ok thnks for the replies just how do i make a iso and thn exactly how do i get it to fit on a cd? plz be detailed
