Grr, love that nVidia is still taking their sweet time on G80 support. Someone should be smacked for putting those "First DirectX 10 compatible GPU!" claims all over the boxes, more like "Will be whenever our lazy asses feel up to coding a driver."

Wow, another driver to test :O
Downloading now :) does anybody have anything good or bad to say about this release? Or there aren't many people who've tested it yet? :)

Just finished installing them, and tried some games,
i still get the same low fps like previous vista drivers (around 50% perfomance drop from windows xp)
maybe 1 or 2 fps faster , not noticable...

can someone please mirror the 32 bit release, i' m always getting the "Sorry, the free service in your location is too busy." error message (the 64 bit version downloads just fine).

Is the control panel have any more functionality like digital vibrance or anything? Just wondering because it's 50MB

Please upload it to rapidshare or something like that. Can't get it now because of the crappy SendSpace service. :(

My unisntall of the old drivers was a bit botched again but the CPL seems to have no extra functionality than previously, I've not tested yet but I'm assuming SLI isn't working either due to the lack of controls for it.

Nothing to see here really, best just keep a waitin' :)

No my friend, i still see the same simple options like the previous drivers.
I also can't find a way to force the refresh rate to lock at 75mhz when i run a game, it goes down to 60mhz.... There is no option in cpl for refresh rates

Well, newer often equals better. :D

EDIT: Uploading x64 version to rapidshare as we speak. Also downloading x32 version. Will upload that too when the slow download is finished.

    EDIT 2: x64 RapidShare link

EDIT 3: Sorry. Was watching a movie while uploading the 32 bit. Here's a second link for it since I already uploaded it. :D

    x32 RapidShare link

If these are the "drivers" nVidia plans to release next week, they need to be publicly flogged... no SLI support, no G80 support, crap performance, crap control panel... Absolutely pathetic!
