its not worth it, it never works. something bad will happen and you have to live with her til the lease is over. trust me
All I can say is be very careful. It could turn out to be a very good thing or a real nightmare. If you two hook up and it doesn't work-out, she could make your life a living hell.
Yeah i think that your best bet is to let life take its course and first find out what kind of a person is she. You are not the only one with such problems
No. Not a good idea in my view either....atleast right at first. Sex always changes things. It is just about impossible to avoid. Best not to try to go that route...yet. Wait until the lease is up as nm+ said...and as well...feel things out to be sure there is even an interest from her side in the first place. However, if having her as a roomate is going to cause you problems, it may be best for you to move somewhere else. Only you know that for yourself though.
