CPU dying?

    Ok i just did a 3dmark05 test and my cpu score has droped from 5020 (last time i checked) to 4837 and it had droped befor too when i changed my gfx card and ran the test it droped from 5209 to 5020, its weird, is my cpu dying or something...? its always oced too... from 3200+ to 3800+ (10x240)
    so is it dying or just getting weaker? wat do u guys think?
    should i be thinking of getting another one?
    I also did a format today didnt help, temp is ok too.

    Im thinking that you have Cool and quiet enabled.

    Nop Cool and quiet is disabled.

    Could it be a driver issue then?, AMD just released a new driver set last month.

    I dont think so... cuz ive always used the same driver... from the cd..
