I just bought a new power supply that does not have a built in fan controller. What I need is a controller that automatically adjusts fan speeds based on temperature and has 4 pin molex connectors for the fans. Sure, I could go without one, but then my computer would move as much air as a leaf blower and sound like one too. Any suggestions?
Does your Motherboard have an extra fan regulator(or what ever it's called)? Mine has on for the CPU, PSU,and chipset.
@ yttocs1966: Yes, my mobo has fan headers for the CPU HSF, PSU, and front case fan, but the only one that controls speed is the CPU fan header. @ talsmacg : That might be a good controller, but I'd prefer an automatic one. I don't want to have to turn knobs every time I open up a game.
