hi, i hope u can help me...
i have an annoying problem that only happens in cod2... this is what happens to the walls in CoD2 when AA 4x or AF 16x is on and when they are both on together, i play on DX7 with full details and stuff... i have the latest drivers...

why is it doing this? i have BFG Gefore 6600GT OC, its not because it is overclocked its just AA and AF...

Try using DX9 in the settings.

dx9 takes a far more bigger toll on the graphics card, and he wont be able to run it at all with those settings.

ok i reinstalled DX and tried using dx9 rendering method in-game with lowest settings and AA4x AF16x. this is what i got this time:

i realised it might be that my card is overclocked to much, so i went back to default clock settings but still it does the same thing, im running out of ideas..

so turn off that aa , and af .. I have tried both on my system , and it runs awesome with it on, and with it off , but better with it off .. and you still get the awesome detail ..

noo wayyy... i absolutely need AA, some people dont notice the diference, but with AA off all the edges look ugly and ridgid, i never used to use AA until i turned it on and notice how much better games looked with it on.. but i dont see any difference when AF is on... what does AF do?

put all your settings on high , run on dx9 , without AA , and AF turned completely off , should run fine then ..

who cares about the choppy edges ..you dont play to see the graphics, you play to frag , and frag to play ...

What were you overclocking the card to? Looks like your core is overheating. Temps?
